Introducing change into an organisation demands focus, clarity, planning and the ability to mobilise. This award recognises a team that has successfully and measurably delivered significant transformation for their organisation which could be related to products, services processes or working practices.
Best technology initiative
This award recognises financial services institutions who have deployed technology in an innovative way across any part of their organisation - front, middle or back - that has had a demonstrable impact on improving outcomes for customers.
Most promising financial start-up
This award is for financial services organisations founded since January 2016 that have not previously entered this category and serve retail or business customers. It also includes lending or asset management start-ups.
This award recognises new organisations that have broken into the market through their innovation in products and services, inventive customer experience approach or by focusing on new or underserved markets.
Challenger bank of the year
Fledgling banks are appearing regularly in the marketplace (both High Street and online), offering increased competition. This award recognises Challenger Banks (established since 2016) that are making their presence known in the market with measurable success.
Best technology partnerships
The fast-paced financial services market offers a host of opportunities to apply new and existing technologies to the challenges of today and tomorrow. This award is for an organisation that has embedded an innovative solution into a financial organisation for mutual benefit.
This award is for Technology Vendors who are partnering with financial services institutions. Evidence of successful implementation and customer endorsement will be required as part of the submission.
Best FinTech partnership
Many FinTechs are seeking to couple their new approaches with the broad customer base of large financial services organisations. This award recognises a partnership that has leveraged the strength of each party to create an effective collaborative venture that has met clearly defined goals.
